1. Log in to your Member Account.

2. In the header menu, find and click the link “COMIGS.”

3. Click the button “Request COMIGS Endorsement.”

4. Take note of the following:

a. A member shall be issued a COMIGS endorsement by the Chapter upon satisfaction of the following requirements:

– Payment of National and Chapter dues for the year; and

– Attendance to at least one (1) National and at least three (3) Chapter events for the last three (3) years.

For new chapter members, attendance to at least one (1) Chapter event for the year shall suffice.

b. COMIGS are valid from January 01 to December 31 of the calendar year when it is issued, regardless of the specific date of application.
