1. Prepare the following:
a. 2×2 ID photo (taken within the last six months);
b. valid PRC ID (or if no longer valid, a copy of your expired PRC ID);
c. professional tax receipt, if applicable;
d. last Certificate of Membership in Good Standing (COMIGS) issued by PIEP National Secretariat;
e. Facebook profile link; and
f. Chapter clearance (if applying to NCR Chapter as secondary membership, and currently connected with another chapter your primary membership, OR if you are transferring to NCR Chapter from another chapter); the clearance should specifically state that you have no National and/or chapter arrears, as certified by the chapter president of your primary chapter.
2. Visit member.ncr.piep.org and click “Not a Member? Sign Up.” Fill out the application form completely and upload the documents requested. Applications with incomplete information shall not be processed.
3. A system-generated email shall be sent to your registered email address advising you of the status of your membership, including further actions required on your part to complete the membership application process.

4. You will be billed a processing fee of One Hundred Pesos (Php100.00) through your registered email address. Upload the proof of payment to your Member Account.
5. Attend or watch the video, “Information Session and Orientation for Prospective Members.”
6. The Chapter Treasurer shall send a billing statement to your registered email address, detailing the amount assessed as National and Chapter dues.
The National dues computation shall be reckoned to the year you were admitted to the environmental planning profession.
7. After paying your National and Chapter dues, upload the proof of payment to your Member Account. The Treasurer shall validate your payment, and thereafter endorse your application to the Membership Committee.
8. Once approved by the Membership Committee, your application shall be endorsed to the Chapter Board of Trustees for appropriate action.
9. Once the Chapter Board of Trustees favorably acts on your application, you will receive a confirmation through your registered email address.
